We were impressed with Dan's dedication to finding the perfect home for our busy family.

Dan spent months researching homes that met the criteria we had laid out. We were not easy customers. We had high expectations with a moderate budget. Our family of six had been living in a small house approx. 1100 sq feet which we had severely outgrown. It was a little house but it boasted a gorgeous yard that we used year round. My husband created a skating rink that filled the yard in the winter and furnished it with little white lights. Our kids along with half of the neighbourhood kids spent hours enjoying it. In the summer months our yard was the place to be close enough to the lake to provide a cool breeze on sweltering days, a large deck and a wonderful treehouse which provided a great spot for parents and kids alike to enjoy barbeque parties regularly. When we were not entertaining outside we would snuggle up in front or our wood burning fireplace - a feature we would not go without!

But we really needed more space and more bathrooms, we just could not sacrifice the elements of our home that we cherished.

Dan did it! He found us the perfect house within our budget. We now have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a basement, two car garage, a wood burning fireplace and, although not as big, a beautiful yard that backs onto a park with mature pine trees that provide the privacy that we desire.

FYI - The yard has been adorned with lots of little white lights strung all around to light the night up when the kids are skating on the new backyard rink!
